MNRPC honors Willard Still

The MNRPC donated $200 to the Broken Bow Fire Dept to purchase a large US flag to fly from their ladder truck on special occasions.  The money was donated in memory of  Willard Still, Willard was a an active member of the club right up to the time of his passing.  The $200 covered half of the costs associated with the purchase of the flag.  The other half of the costs were underwritten by a local family in memory of their oldest son.  Here is a link to some pictures/article done by the local radio station.

I was going to post a pic I took with my phone however the email sent from my phone has not arrived in my inbox yet (I have such blazing data speeds on my phone I cant believe it has not arrived) :-P :-)
Yeah, it finally made it..  :-)  The flag was properly hung, my viewing angle was from behind.

Attention! Hats Off to you Old Glory, when ever I see you flying Loud & Proud I get a chill down my back and the hair on my arms stands at attention all the while a mist forms in my eyes as I think of the Men & Women who have give their life serving this Great Nation that you stand for!!!  At ease!

May Meeting

Our May meeting will be the 8th at Huckleberry's Hideout in the party room at 7pm.  We have some range things to discuss and vote on so be there to have your say noted.  If you haven't got your dues paid, this would be a good time to do it.  Come on up and have a great meal with like minded individuals and have your voice heard on club functions!

See you at the meeting,
Compudoc

P.S.  Inaugural shooting event at the new range was Sunday the 6th with a plate shoot.  The event had anywhere from 8-12 shooters participating in several classes.  Pictures and results will be posted as they come in.
