There will NOT be an October pin/plate shoot.
October 1-2nd there will be an Appleseed shoot at our range. For those who are not aware of what that is here is a brief rundown. You will learn the history of the events that took place on April 19th, 1775. Along with this history lesson the 6 fundamentals of accurate shooting will be taught, along with other essential information. You will be doing a lot of shooting over the course of 2 days. If you have never been to an Appleseed shoot you need to attend as it is well worth the time & money. Below is a link to learn more & how to pre-register :

ReplyDeleteThe shooting is fun & educational, wether you're a novice or an old-timer. I've been shooting since Nixon was in the White House and I still learned a lot.
On the other hand, I enjoyed the history (and learned so much) I'd go again even WITHOUT the marksmanship training. There are times when hearing stories (learning history) about our forefathers made the hair stand up on the back of my neck. It's THAT COOL!!!!!!!!
Get signed up and I'll see you there on the 1st.
